Hiatal hernia and back problems

Knee injury and lower back
Recently I have experienced for the first time, Bowen Therapy, with professional application by Greg Kennedy. My Husband had a good response for a knee injury due to an operation he had where the knee could not straighten naturally. Feeling tired, out of sorts and just yucky
Bowen therapy has made a definite difference for me. I have a chronic condition which causes pain, but also leaves me feeling tired,. After a session of Bowen, I would feel centered, calm and balanced. It is so gentle on the body; it works with your body rather than forcing it as so many treatments tend to do. I really appreciate how Bowen respects the delicate balance of mind, body and spirit. This is often overlooked in western medicine, (The fact that) disorders and illness are not independent. Migraine headaches
Migraine headaches were something I lived with for years, never knowing when one might interrupt my routine and hold me captive for three days, on average. ADHD and delayed physical development
Learning of Bowen when my son was age 11, we used this to help with his ADHD issues and delayed physical development. At age 9 in karate he had slow progress in 2 years… After about 9 months of Bowen he graduated to his first colored belt. Karate instructors were amazed at the sudden change. Rotator cuff and feet
I had been told that nothing would help the pain in my rotator cuff but surgery. After one visit to Bowen Therapy the pain was gone. Vertigo, shoulder and neck, allergies, energy and depression
Bowen Therapy proves the age old philosophy “do less and accomplish more.” After my first session with Greg Kennedy, I wasn’t sure he had actually accomplished anything. The therapy sessions are very low impact and so different from my past massage experiences. A couple of touches here and there with resting times when Greg did nothing at all! After the first week, I noticed a decrease in the number of vertigo incidences. In fact, I couldn’t remember one dizzy episode.
From many years of high stress, I experience a lot of shoulder and neck pain. Greg has unlocked the tightness and pain naturally. My shoulders and neck have never felt better. They move more freely, without all the tension.
After three sessions of Bowen Therapy I fell up some stairs, aggravating an old shoulder injury. My shoulder and neck pain returned with a vengeance. Greg was able to alleviate my pain with two sessions. My allergies have subsided. My energy level is up and my depression has noticeably improved.

Bulging discs and shoulder
My husband was diagnosed with bulging discs. He was having numbness and tingling in his arm and hand.
